Medication Policy
Every attempt must be made by parents to have medications
administered at home during non-school hours. However,
when a student requires medication during school hours
the school administrator or his designee may administer
this medication if it is brought in its original container
labeled by the pharmacist, stating the student’s
name, medication, and proper dosage. Concordia Lutheran
School must have written authorization from the parent/guardian
and the prescribing physician prior to the administration
of any medication.
